JGlic is an application created to help users manually record and monitor their blood glucose levels. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information entered by users in the application.

1. Information Collected

JGlic does not automatically collect personal information or health data. All information used in the application is manually entered by the user.

The information that may be entered includes:

• Blood glucose values;
• Dates and times of glucose measurements;
• Notes related to glucose monitoring;
• Reminders or alarms created within the application.

The application does not collect information through tracking technologies, advertising SDKs, or automatic data capture.

2. Health Data

JGlic allows users to manually record information related to their health, specifically blood glucose levels. This information is considered Health Data.

Health Data entered into the application is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• Allowing the user to track and monitor blood glucose measurements;
• Displaying glucose history and logs within the application;
• Creating reminders or alarms related to glucose monitoring.

All Health Data is provided manually by the user. The application does not collect health data automatically from sensors, medical devices, or external medical systems.

3. Data Storage

3.1 Local Storage

Some information may be stored locally on the user's device in order to allow the application to function properly.

3.2 Firebase (Google)

If the user chooses to enable backup or synchronization features, the data may be stored using Firebase, a service provided by Google LLC.

The developer of JGlic does not directly access or analyze the information stored through Firebase services.

4. Data Sharing

JGlic does not sell, rent, or share personal information or Health Data with third parties.

Data may only be shared in the following situations:

• If the user voluntarily enables Firebase backup or synchronization services;
• If required by law or a valid legal process.

JGlic does not use Health Data for advertising purposes and does not sell or monetize Health Data in any way.

5. Data Security

We follow good security practices to protect user information. However, no system is completely secure, and users are encouraged to keep their devices protected with appropriate security measures.

6. Data Deletion

Users may delete their records directly within the application at any time.

If Firebase synchronization is enabled, deletion of stored data may also be performed through the Google account connected to the application.

7. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The date of the latest revision will always appear at the top of this page.
